I popped in hoping they had some our the door ready arrangements and to my surprise, Karen, at the flower shop, helped create a custom order and got me out the door in less than 10 minutes with exactly what I needed. Amazing customer service and care. Highly highly recommend!

In a word, AWESOME! This flower shop was exactly that! The shop Manager Karen was exceptional. I was short on time and seriously short on memory, forgetting a special occasion. But , Karen's patience, enthusiast energy, smile and exceptional knowledge of floral arrangements made my decision effortless and seamless and, SAVED THE DAY ! KUDOS TO THE FLOWER SHOP ORLANDO. From a glance it doesn't seem like much but they actually have some fantastic arrangements! The woman working the front desk was the sweetest thing! She helped me put together my own arrangement for someone & she was so reasonably priced. Thank you so much!

Was wanting to pick up some flowers and was going to go to Publix, but I walked in here first to look, at first there was only high end ones and I was on a budget. I was going to walk away but she was so friendly and I told her my price point and she was able to make this beautiful bouquet for me. Definitely friendly and was able to take care of me.

This review is intended for the Flower Shack Orlando; they are at The Farmers Market in Winter Park every Saturday posted up in a cute cream colored pickup truck. The service was amazing, the flowers were beautiful and the prices were reasonable! Most importantly, the experience was fabulous! I loved the option of picking out your own flowers at the flower bar, however, they were sold out and I picked out a premade bouquet. Super cute experience!

Excellent service! I just bought a bouquet for my girlfriend , and the staff were amazing. They were very friendly, patient, and gave me really helpful advice to choose the perfect flowers. The arrangements are beautiful and fresh. I highly recommend this shop — they really care about their customers!

I had an amazing experience at The Flower Shop in Orlando! The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They worked with me to create a custom arrangement that exceeded my expectations, the colors, the blooms, everything was perfect. They even delivered it on time and looked stunning at the event. My Mom is celebrating her 95th birthday, and I couldn't be there in person. The beautiful bouquet they designed for her blew her away & made her so happy! She loves the big gold 9 & 5 balloons attached to her bouquet and says they feel like she's sitting next to a tuba since they are so large. She called me right away to thank me. Thanks for doing such an outstanding job, and making it feel like I got to be part of making her celebration a happy one! I highly recommend this florist! I will use her services again & again!
